2003 Sealine F42/5
For almost 40 years, Sealine has been the pinnacle of design and innovation

Looking for that dream boat in the used market can often take you through the usual suspects. Of course the benefits of buying one of these popular models include availability of parts and dealers. But taking a risk on an unknown international boat can prove to be quite rewarding, as is the case with the 2003 Sealine F42.
For almost 40 years now, Sealine Boats has been the pinnacle of design and innovation. Built in England, the company has 11 models ranging from 35 to 60 feet including express cruisers, flybridges and luxury yachts.
Purchased by Brunswick in 2001, Sealine is a close comparison to Meridian Yachts, which was established the following year.
The F42, sandwiched in Sealine’s flybridge series between a 35- and a 46-footer, was once called one of the most innovative boats on the water by Motorboating magazine.
Combining functionality and style, the F42/5 is built for entertaining from tip to tail, as is clearly evidenced by the boat’s cockpit. In 2001, Sealine chose the F42/5 as the model to introduce its extending cockpit system. With the flick of a switch, the cockpit settee slides three feet back, drastically increasing space.
