All-New 212 Series Runabouts
Yamaha’s 21-foot runabout line includes the 212XD, 212XE, 212SD and 212SE models, that all feature Yamaha’s E-Series drive-by-wire functionality — push-button START/STOP anyone? They have RPM engine sync and single-throttle lever pairing.
The new 21-foot boats by Yamaha include the award-winning 12.3 inch Connext helm control, which has Drive Control, letting the operator set and save the acceleration curve and speed preferences for up to five riders. This technology makes family fun easier to manage for sure.
The Yamaha 212XD and 212SD also now have Yamaha’s award-winning DRiVE paddle control system that was only available on the Yamaha 275 series.
Buyers looking for more value and versatility should consider the VX Series WaveRunners which offer mid-size PWC reliability and durability.
All-New Yamaha VX Series WaveRunners
The VX Series Yamaha Motor Canada launched all-new, Yamaha VX Series WaveRunners that deliver fresh ergonomics that performs and provides impressive knee grip and overall comfort, especially for smaller riders. The new VX Series has deeper and wider self-draining footwells and the seat profile is 1.5 inches narrower.
New Touchpad Screen
Our digital world demands screens and displays on everything, so Yamaha now features a new 4.3 inch Connect Helm Control with Colour LCD Display.
The VX Series has a 4.3-inch Connext Helm Control with multi-colour LCD. It’s conveniently located next to the steering and accessible through a touchpad control. Novice riders can benefit with the VX HO model by setting the acceleration from normal to slow, depending on comfort level and experience.
The high-performance hull design is from the race-ready GP Series, renowned for its precise, confidence-inspiring handling. Yamaha has developed this technology by researching how to dominate races on a close course. The hull is also designed for stability in static and dynamic modes, making riding and towing more fun with more passengers.
