This Pineapple Coconut Turmeric Smoothie is one of host Jon Blaicher’s favourite healthy boat drinks — and it only takes TWO minutes to make!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 packet stevia sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy!

Your smoothie will taste amazing and the turmeric provides health benefits because of its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
